Summer 2025 Live Help Hour Updates

Our normal Live Help Hour schedule continues to be as follows:

• Tuesdays from 7-8 p.m. EST/6-7 p.m. CST/5-6 p.m. MST/4-5 p.m. PST

• Wednesdays from 7-8 p.m. EST/6-7 p.m. CST/5-6 p.m. MST/4-5 p.m. PST

• Thursdays from 1-2 p.m. EST/noon-1 p.m. CST/11 a.m.-noon. MST/10-11 a.m. PST

Though most Live Help Hours this summer will proceed at the normal days and times, we’ve made a few changes to the schedule.

• Week of June 30th: Day change

  • Tuesday, July 1st —> Monday June 30th (7-8 p.m. EST/6-7 p.m. CST/5-6 p.m. MST/4-5 p.m. PST)

• Weeks of July 7 & 14: Time change

  • Tuesday, July 8; Wednesday, July 9; Tuesday, July 15; Wednesday, July 16 move a half-hour later (7:30-8:30 p.m. EST/6:30-7:30 p.m. CST/5:30-6:30 p.m. MST/4:30-5:30 p.m. PST)

• Week of August 4th: Break

  • No Live Help Hour sessions this week. If your student needs direct help, we will schedule personal sessions as needed.
